While we're happy to assist with order changes before artwork creation, a $30 design fee will apply to cancellations made after your custom artwork has been completed. This helps us compensate our artists for their dedicated time and creativity.
Due to the custom nature of this product, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion. Once shipped, please allow extra time for normal shipping delays. As each item is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there was an error on your finished product.

This is seriously my favorite sweatshirt ever. Not only did the portraits come out perfect, but it’s so comfy too!
Design and color of sweatshirt was perfect, however for price point I was hoping for a better quality, softer material for the fabric.
Ordered a custom sweatshirt with my 3 dogs on it. The process was easy and wonderful. The design captured little elements of my dogs that are easily overlooked by many - such as a curl at the tip of one of their ears. Leda reached out to double check the names were correctly matching each dog. All around fantastic experience!
