Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO.
- Once your package is scanned by the USPS, UPS or FedEx, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or email hello@woofandwonder.com.
- Customer may return non-customized/personalized products within 15 business days in unused condition.
- Please email hello@woofandwonder.com with your order number and details of your return.
- Please note that we require customers to pay for return shipping.
- We apologize for the mix-up! Please email hello@woofandwonder.com and we'll make it right.
Orders & Processing
- All orders (minus custom orders) typically ship out within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak holiday seasons, orders may ship out around 6-8 business days.
- Once scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please email hello@woofandwonder.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can complete your cancellation request.
- Please email hello@woofandwonder.com immediately and provide your order number as well as the correct shipping address.
- We are unable to change an address once an order is shipped. If the package is lost or returned, the customer is responsible for further shipping fees.
