*Please be aware that the estimated delivery time begins upon order shipment. Considering normal holiday carrier delays that are out of our control, we cannot assure delivery in time for the holiday.

To ensure your custom items make it under the tree in time for the holidays, please place your order by December 4th.

Orders for custom products received after this date may face delivery delays, and we want to make sure your furry friend's gifts arrive right on time. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping & Orders

Woof + Wonder ships everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers such as UPS, Fedex and others. Please note that import duties and fees apply to international orders and vary by location.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification which will include a link to track your package. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update your tracking information. If you still have questions, email us at hello@woofandwonder.com.

Yes! We ship to PO boxes. We also ship to APOs, FPOs and DPOs.

Product

Detailed care instructions are listed on each product page. For most of our apparel items, we advise machine washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and laying flat to dry.

We know dogs can't resist our items and may chew or damage them. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items that have been damaged due to a playful pup as this is not considered a product defect from our end. Feel free to reach out to hello@woofandwonder.com.
