To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place all custom orders by November 5th.
Orders submitted after that date will still be made with care, but we can’t promise arrival before December 25th.
Production Timelines
Each Woof & Wonder custom piece is hand-illustrated and crafted just for you. Orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks after your artwork proof is approved.
During busy holiday periods or for designs featuring multiple pets, shipping times may extend to 5–6 weeks.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@woofandwonder.com
While we're happy to assist with order changes before artwork creation, a $30 design fee will apply to cancellations made after your custom artwork has been completed. This helps us compensate our artists for their dedicated time and creativity.
To keep your Woof & Wonder gear looking its best, turn it inside out before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then lay flat to dry.
Skip the bleach and high heat — they can dull colors and damage embroidery. Never iron directly on stitched designs.
For hats and bags: give them a little TLC with a damp cloth only. No machine washing, please!
