Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. All sale or clearance items are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

My order/mail is missing, what should I do?
If your order is missing or lost in the mail, please fill out a missing package request which you can find in your local post office. Please note that refunds cannot be given for missing packages as this is out of our control.
It makes it so much easier to just thread the dog bag through and not have to carry a poop bag till the next trashcan. I wish I got one earlier
These Poopy Loops have changed everything for me. I’m a dog walker and I pick up thousands of bags of poop a year. It’s really frustrating having to hold poop bags on long walks and even worse when I’m walking multiple dogs at once. When I first heard about the Poopy Loop (I think they were called poop buddy back then) I ordered immediately and it changed my life. These things can hold SO many bags and made walking dogs 100x easier. I tell EVERYONE I know who has a dog about them. It’s become an obsession and I’m not ashamed! I ordered this new one and it’s better quality than the original loops from a year ago. Already ordered 2 more to gift. Cannot say enough good things about them!
