While we're happy to assist with order changes before artwork creation, a $30 design fee will apply to cancellations made after your custom artwork has been completed. This helps us compensate our artists for their dedicated time and creativity.
To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place all custom orders by November 5th.
Orders submitted after that date will still be made with care, but we can’t promise arrival before December 25th.
Production Timelines Each Woof & Wonder custom piece is hand-illustrated and crafted just for you. Orders typically ship within 3–4 weeks after your artwork proof is approved. During busy holiday periods or for designs featuring multiple pets, shipping times may extend to 5–6 weeks.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
