While we're happy to assist with order changes before artwork creation, a $25 design fee will apply to cancellations made after your custom artwork has been completed. This helps us compensate our artists for their dedicated time and creativity.
We recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. While we carefully package each item with love, orders shipped without Route protection will be sent at the customer's own risk. Your peace of mind matters to us! 💚
Due to the custom nature of this product, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion. Once shipped, please allow extra time for normal shipping delays. As each item is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there was an error on your finished product.
