We're still pinching ourselves over here at Woof & Wonder HQ! We were recently featured in BuzzFeed's roundup of amazing Asian-owned businesses to support, and honestly, it feels pretty surreal.

When I started Woof & Wonder back in 2019 at my tiny kitchen table in Chicago, I had no idea where this journey would take us. As an Armenian immigrant who came to the US at age 4, building a business felt like both honoring the American dream my family sought and staying true to the creative spirit that's always driven me.
What began as a promise to my French Bulldog, Handsome, to be with him 24/7 has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. From those first handmade bowties and collars to our now-viral Poopy Loops™ that have become collectibles for dog parents everywhere, every step has been fueled by the incredible community that's supported us.
Why This Recognition Means Everything
Being featured alongside other incredible AAPI-owned businesses isn't just about the exposure (though we're grateful for that too!). It's about representation. It's about showing other immigrant entrepreneurs that your background isn't something to hide – it's part of what makes your story unique and powerful.

Because that's exactly what we've been trying to do since day one – create joyful, functional accessories that celebrate the bond between dogs and their humans.
