Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. All sale or clearance items are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Can I exchange a product?

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

My order/mail is missing, what should I do?
If your order is missing or lost in the mail, please fill out a missing package request which you can find in your local post office. Please note that refunds cannot be given for missing packages as this is out of our control.
My boyfriend and I used to have a rule that who ever was holding the leash when our dog pooped had to hold the poop bag for the rest of the walk 😂 I am happy to say we no longer worry about who has to hold it since poopy loop does it for us! We loved it so much we ordered another for our new pup
I am a dog walker, and this poop bag holder is awesome!! It can hold a lottt of weight and multiple 💩 bags at the same time! Very cute and trendy as well. Works for poops from all sizes of dogs lol! I highly recommend :)
